STEP 1: EVALUATION
Performance Evaluation
Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability. It is impossible to realistically create goals and monitor progress.
The Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for many reasons:
Allows for proper grouping of the athletes in our programs.
Allows for the proper exercise prescription to be developed.
Allows us to record and monitor progress while in our programs
This aspect of our program is what we consider the most important. Without understanding individual strengths and weaknesses of you or your athlete, you cannot be sure that you are working on the right training needs.
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the Next Level program. During the evaluation, the athletes will be taken through a dynamic warm-up, through this warm-up and analyzing the athletes running form we will be able to determine which program is appropriate for the athlete.

FAST, FIT, FUN:
Improving fundamental athletic skills and self esteem for young athletes ages 7-11
Science has proven that ages 7- 11 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. Pride and Joy utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athletes physical foundation, improve coordination and self esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods…
Pride & Joy has been known to enhance: Coordination, First Step Quickness, Running technique, Flexibility, Endurance, Injury Prevention, Self Confidence, Weight Loss, Body Weight Strength.
Intermediate ( OVERALL PERFORMANCE)
Develops and enhance athletic performance for athletes ages 12-18
Many experts view the ages of 12 to 18 as the most ideal ages for developing speed, strength, and power over an athletes entire lifetime. This program was developed using cutting edge techniques to produce maximal improvements in athletic performance.
Overall Performance is guaranteed to improve speed, increase speed, improve agility, develop endurance, maximize jumping ability, boost confidence, decrease susceptibility to injury.
Maximum Conditioning
In an effort to create an affordable, exciting program that an athlete can train all year round Next Level Speed School created Maximum Conditioning. Maximum Conditioning are for any athlete that wants to reach there athletic potential. By addressing an athletes strengths, flexibility, endurance, and speed all in one season Maximum Conditioning will keep athletes in shape throughout the year.
COMBINE PREP
Nike Combine Preparation ( SPARQ)
Next Level Speed School is one the only sports authorities in the state that focuses on preparing high school athletes in all sports for SPARQ Rating Combine testing . We have produced some of the highest SPARQ Ratings in the country including the highest SPARQ Rating at the 2008 Houston Nike Combine. This number has peeked the interest of some of the top Division -1 colleges in the country. Simply put when you train with the speed Dr. you get nothing but results. Combine Preparation will help improve: 40 yard dash, pro-agility, vertical jump, and over-all body strength.

STRICKLY FOR THE GUYS IN THE TRENCES:
We here at Next Level Speed School believe that one of the most important positions on the Football Field is the Offensive Line. The success of any football team, hinges on it’s ability to control the line of scrimmage. To win consistently you must win in the trenches and that means playing on your opponents side of the line of scrimmage not yours. To become a good Offensive/ defensive lineman requires more that discipline. It requires pride— pride in yourself, your group, and your team. Next Level Speed School has designed this program for lineman who aspire to become the very best at what they do. Players will be taught the following skills and Techniques:
